Ural Mountains, often called the Urals or the Riphean Mountains in Greco-Roman languages, is a row of mountain chain that runs to the north and south through western Russia.
Ural Mountains is one of the oldest mountain ranges and still survive. Europe and Siberia remain stuck together since then.
Indirectly Yekaterinburg is the capital of the Urals (admittedly myself), and although the Urals is the geographical name, it is not the name of the administrative.
